NICE! They have fixed my computer and saved every file.
They are WONDERFUL!
I am 54 years old and never turned on a PC until last winter and
thought I should move into the 90's. I like to patronize local small
businesses so I went in here and ended up buying a laptop, Leo and Justin
set it all up for me to take home and start using. I got home and was
clueless, I ended up having to go in and call them several times to walk me
through some simple issues, not to me! They were always glad to help the
clueless guy! I had gotten a free desk top from my nephew that ended up
dying, so I went back in. Justin asked what I needed a PC to do, and never
tried to sell me more than I needed, I will continue going here because you
can't get that treatment from the Big Box stores! Kirk R

My 3 yr. old laptop was almost useless for me as it was so slow. I
went to Power Up Computers for advice and a solution. Leo recommended that I
add more memory and upgrade from Windows Vista to Windows 7. I agreed to
this solution as I thought the price ($160) was reasonable, considering a
new laptop would cost several hundred $$$. I'm very pleased with the service
I received from Leo, Justin, and Chris. I felt they were being completely
honest with me (a technologically challenged senior citizen) so I trusted
their recommendation and work. They spent a great deal of time answering my
questions and I never felt rushed or sensed frustration on their part.
Although Leo told me that my laptop would be ready the next day, he called
me the same afternoon and said it was ready They are now my "go-to" place
for anything computer related. An incredible business concept these days -
reliable work, fair pricing, and friendly customer service. Summed up - All
round EXCELLENT!
